We would like to take the time today to highlight one of our hardest working employees, Matt, also known as “Matty Ice” or “Iceman.” Outside of work, Matt takes his excellent work ethic and hard skills “to the court,” or in this case the rink. On January 7th, Matt (#5, pictured all the way to the left) and his team “The Generals” finished 3rd in their floor hockey tournament and took home the bronze medal for the 2024 Special Olympics Winter Tournament. After 3 hard fought games, they accrued enough points to earn themselves one of the top spots! During the regular season, Matt scored 4 goals at the center position. He scored 1 goal and 1 assist during the finals tournament to help push his team toward the top, earning themselves the bronze medal! Congratulations, Matt and good luck in your ongoing basketball season!
